Our business identity
Ergonos Germany is located in Berlin. The company was founded in 2010 as a subsidiary of Ergonos Consulting, with the objective to develop business relations with companies in the EU.
The origins of the globally operating parent company date back much further. After the early retirement policies of the 90s, many companies lacked the expertise of seasoned specialists.
On the other side of the coin, these experts wanted to remain active. By managing former employees – now working as freelancers – both sides were reunited once again.
As a result of our long experience, we have developed efficient processes and a modern infrastructure. Moreover, we know how to negotiate conflicting interests between freelancers and clients. Professionalism, fairness, transparency and a balanced approach are constituent elements of our business philosophy. Thanks to these qualities we have won the recognition of both clients and freelancers.
